How It Works

1. Submit Your Idea

Send your ideas, photos, inspiration images, colors, or a description of what you'd like via email (majakovacevic080@gmail.com). I’ll respond to discuss your vision and any details needed to bring your idea to life.

2. Receive a Quote

After reviewing your request, I’ll email you a quote that includes pricing and an estimated completion time.

3. Confirm Your Order

Once you approve the quote via email, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The deposit can be paid through the payment method provided in the email (such as an invoice or secure payment link). This secures your place in my order queue and covers the cost of materials.

4. Creation Begins

Once the deposit has been received, your handmade piece will be carefully crafted.

5. Final Payment & Delivery

When your item is complete, you’ll receive an email with photos and a request for the remaining 50% balance. After the final payment is made, your custom creation will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to you.
